Don't laugh too loud. The economic crisis is getting ready to lay into local municipal and state governments in the USA this next fiscal year and there will be no new bailout money according to the incoming Congress. I suspect that we will start to see cities default on municipal bonds issued for unprofitable projects. The public unions like teachers and police are complaining that their pensions are not being funded and are starting to feel the pinch as more reach retirement age.

Hold on, these next two years are going to be a hell of a ride.
