No problems hereCarbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

Customer since 2003.
I have some accounts that never go down and others that go down at least once a year.
Sometimes the fix is on in minutes, other tickets have never been answered.
ALL accounts should have access to live chat and phone help.
I have learned to only host static sites with no DBs with them.Comment

Attempted to contact client via ICQ no response. Personally checked the support ticket que no email reports of anything being down. 3'rd post to try to get you to respond in some way, shape, form to no avail.

Glad this story had a happy ending. I think you occasionally see threads like this just because Webair hosts so many people and some of them don't think to have a non-domain email to send support tickets (i.e. like Gmail or Yahoo so you can still send if your sites or DNS are down) and they inexplicably don't use chat in the Webair admin or on ICQ.
Webair for getting it sorted, anyway.
