If it is a niche it is self selection to begin with. If the link / ad is Fat ladies having a poo, a thousand don't visit and those that do want to see fat ladies having a poo.

If it was that simple people would not sell traffic but just send it striaght to these sites.

Yea, surely ratios is very personal and dependent on targeting and traffic quality. But program over-all ratios like these can at least give a hunch.
