I don't want to say that Putin is a good guy, but he isn't even close to any of the US presidents by the number deaths. How many people Russia has killed during last 10 years? However you are discussing a president of the most biggest country in the world which still has its own interests all other the world like the USA, China and others. As you said there are no saints among guys that rule these big and serious countries. So I believe it's a little bit dishonest to speak about Putin like he is a bloody murderer.
