When's the last time you woke up to a bunch of shitbag jews passed out on your lawn after a long night of huffing gasoline? Had a friend jumped a beaten with pipes for a 6 pack of beer? Or caught a jew rolling around in his own shit inebriated in the bank ATM? I take it you've never had to spend any time on the rez? or in any area high in native population? they usd to setup camps in the alleyway behind my first apartment in the city, they'd hang out in their cardboard boxes and get hammered on lysol EVERY FUCKING NIGHT. they'd stumble around breaking shit, pass out wherever they fell down, and constantly bum whatever they could off you. I couldn't keep ANYTHING outside because it would disappear within days.

I've worked on a number of Indian reservations in my years, particularly when I worked in the oil patch. The band will build each family a brand new house with tax dollars provided by the government. Some reservations don't drill waterwells, they simply truck fresh water in. BECAUSE IT IS MORE COST EFFECTIVE TO TRUCK THE WATER IN TO THEM THAN TO DRILL A WELL. The house will be destroyed before it pays off. I've seen brand new houses torn to pieces and burned for heat, because they'd rather spend their money on bingo and crack than pay a gas bill. I've literally watched little Indian children rip the siding off a house while the parents st around get smashed.

Have you ever seen what happens to a vehicle that breaks down driving through the rez? Better hope you can get a tow before fucking dark...

I grew up in the north where the indian population is high. I've got a lot of great native buddies, but take my word for it when is say this. THERE ARE A LOT OF SHITBAG FUCKING INDIANS AROUND. Hell, your average job holding, contributing native citizen will tell you the EXACT SAME THING.

There's a lot of useless shitbags of all races out there, but fuck me if there isn't something a little extra special about your average waste of flesh Indian. Somehow they manage to take things one step further into the extreme. I stand by my word, the world didn't lose anything special here. The cop is in the wrong, and used an unnecessary amount of force, but I'm having extreme difficulty feeling a loss when I see this.

There's a little show in Canada called To Serve and Protect or some shit like that, it's a Canadian COPS rip off. If you ever get the chance, turn it on. You're in for an entire episode of native entertainment ever time. You could have mixed this guy's clips in there and you never would have noticed a thing out of place.

Call me a racist if you'd like, but I have zero respect for this type of person. Where's the Winnipeg crowd at? they should be able to contribute some awesome native american stories...

White Man just shot another drunken Indian and you know the only good Indian is a ...................

1. What does his race have to do with anything?
2. The video proves nothing.

They are not trained to shoot once and see what happens.

1. The video shows that he was shot about 4 seconds after getting warned.

2. The officer's own report says he was 10 feet away and the guy did not lunge at him or anything. The officers says the man had a threatening posture and a strange look in his eyes.

3. A crime scene photo shows the knife blade was closed.

" SHOT IN THE HEART

In the early morning hours of April 21, 1991, Gregg Sevier sat
on the edge of his bed. The bed faced his dresser and mirror.
To each side, on wall pegs, were assorted cowboy hats. A $900
stereo, that he had paid off in two months with his part time
maintenance job, nudged the dresser on the right. Nearby was
his custom pool cue, colored beads covering the handle in a
feather design. It was a tidy bedroom, Gregg's possessions
neatly arranged in their place.
Within Gregg was turmoil, a
power amplified by alcohol. What he felt, or was precisely
thinking, no one will ever know. Beyond his closed door Willie
and Orene Sevier were concerned. The stereo was on and loud.
Gregg had mentioned to his father that he might be breaking up
with his girlfriend. There were fears about Gregg's emotional
state. Willie went to ask Gregg to turn down the music. He
opened the door. Willie saw Gregg holding a butcher knife at
his side. He said nothing and slowly closed the door. Not
knowing what to do, Willie spoke to his wife, Orene, who decided
to call 911. It was 2:28 a.m.
"I just wanted someone to talk
him down," said Orene. "I wasn't hysterical, Gregg was in his
room. I was afraid he was going to hurt himself. He needed
someone to talk to him."
The dispatcher asked if there was a
disturbance. Orene said "nothing was going on, nothing was
happening."
Five minutes and 27 seconds later, Lawrence police
officer Ted Bordman radioed that he was at the Sevier house.
One minute and 36 seconds later, Officer James Phillips arrived.
A few minutes later, 22 year old Gregg Sevier was dead with two
bullet wounds to the heart.

Ruled justifiable

The circumstances behind the killing of Gregg Sevier are, like
the deaths of three other members of Lawrence's Indian community
in the past two years, shrouded in controversy. Despite an
investigation by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation, only
theories surround the mysterious deaths of Christopher Bread,
Cecil Dawes Jr. and John Sandoval. The facts in those deaths
are yet to be uncovered.

After the Sevier shooting Officers Bordman and Phillips were placed on administrative leave, with pay, pending the outcome of a coroner's inquest. That inquest was held on April 30 and May 1. Six jurors heard testimony to determine whether the death was an accident, of felonious intent, or a justifiable homicide. The jury ruled the shooting
justifiable but included this notation with the verdict: "We, the jury, have concerns about how the events were handled from the time the police arrived until the final confrontation
between Gregg Sevier and the officers."

I am personally accuainted with both police officers involved as well as the Sevier family.
