Have you tried to DMCA them, or have a lawyer to look into this, or to inform their host/processors etc?

Also, I don't know if you watermark your fotos/videos, but if you don't, start doing it ASAP. Make sure to place at least two HUGE ugly watermarks on each photo and video, both at the top and at the buttom. When your content is watermarked like that, it makes their life harder, because rewatermarking will make your stuff almost unviewable, if they don't rewatermark they cannot use "we didn't know where it is from" excuse etc. And if they post it like that, you have much stronger case in any disputes, or at the very least you get good brand name recognition.

I recommend using huge watermarks not only for your newest stuff, but to reencode older videos/photos too and watermark them like motherfucker. That's purely passive defence of course, by no means it is going to solve all of your content thief problems, but it has it's value too.

I seriously doubt Silvwercash would intentinally stealing anyones content.

1. Since one they produce their own videos.

2. Can afford to license content and have been for as long as I can remember. I met Mike when SilverCash first started out.

3. Are known to be a very reputable company with a good history and they have always paid me on time. I don't use their hardcore content though in any promotions.

If they is true it's probably someone else stole it and resold it to them claiming to be their own. I have had people steal my ebooks strip off the passwords an resell it in some resale rights packages several times. I have also had it out right stolen, but never by a big company on individuals.

Large companies have ZERO reason to steal. They can afford to buy, produce and license content. And they have too much to lose because it's easy to find a lawyer to go after a big multi-million dollars company but almost impossible to find one that will go after an individual with little no assets.

Maybe contact SilverCash instead of raving on a forum.
