Please read if you use AnimationShop (PS) to capture movies

Well, I finally managed to capture some movie content with animationshop (paintshop pro)...

the problem is that I end up having about 100 "frames" (single images) per movie and I dont know how to save them as I dont want to use "save frame as.." with EVERY SINGLE PIC.

there should be a way how to do it right?
just didnt find it yet, please help me

    thanks
    Brian

well, basically you got a movie as input and get several dozens of "frames" (images) as your output..

I assume you dont use it...?

I think Fletch is refering to the copywrite issues that come up when you say you're 'capturing content'...

As to using Animation Shop, the program will automatically save the frames you have selected as individual files when you 'save frames as...' and will just add a number behind the original file name.

so you think there is a 'copyright issue' if animationshop creates the thumbs of my content for me instead of doing it myself and wasting hour after hour?

          please explain.

thanks for your answer, I'll try it as soon as I my windows xp upgrade is finished.

well, there wouldn't be a problem if it's your own licensed content Brian...you have to admit tho' that there are webmasters out there who think it's okay to buy a porno movie from the local adult shop and then use that as content...sad but true. Besides, I might have misunderstood Fletch's comment ... that was my interpretation of it Anyway, Animation Shop won't generate thumb nail galleries, it will turn each frame into a single file the same size as the original frame.

in this case I can take care of myself alone and don't need others to tell me only to use licensed content, thank you.

of course you're right, it does not resize the original files. but it works quite well anyway.
thanks for explaining me how to save the images
