well, like stated the domain is for sale, so the work is all about calling the appropriate buyers in the area and offering the domain to them, as it's a local one. and like said, a wealthy brokering commission of 20% on the price (usual are 10%, but I think 20% is more fair and a real win-win) for the work will be quite good money - let me know, thank you!
