I haven't had that happen yet. You would think that if they claim to have paid you by check and after a while the check was not cashed they would either resend it or issue a stop payment then resend it. The last time I had to contact them was about a year ago but they usually get back to me within 24 hours. This is the email I last used:

[email protected] in one message they sent me. What you're saying about it not appearing in the lounge is really strange. I know they have a 6 month (is it?) hold back which I believe is paid on a rolling basis every six months.
