I am working on a lot of mainstream stuff and I am thinking about letting go some adult sites, if I get the right offer.

This site is 100% on auto-pilot since January, it still has good traffic, trades, and revenue. It was bigger and you can grow it again with a little effort.
- Domain active since 2002
- PR4
- 25k daily (was near 100k 6 months ago)
- I am not buying any traffic
- TM3 and Comus
- Quality stable trades and new ones poping all the time (that I dont have time to aprove, so most of them die)
- Alexa rank 36k (got up to 6k before)
- Main source of traffic : United States and Europe
- Income today: over $1.5k monthly in banner spots, hosted gals, and avnads
- Income before: around $4k monthly
- Hosted on a cheap dedicated server, less than $100 monthly
As you can see I am still making money with no work, so I am not desperate to let this go. ICQ me if you want to see the site, the stats, all the proof I can get you that my numbers are true, but keep in mind it will take around $10k to make me sell, so dont waste our time if you dont think it's worth that.
