Five Guys Burger and Fries

Ok so I tried these guys for the first time today...good tasting burger, but Fuddruckers is still my favorite.

Damn they give you alot of fries though!!! My whole bag was filled with them, the picture only shows about half of what I got, and that's a regular size fries lol.

I can't eat them. Really greasy food makes me sick. Some food for thought though, I read the other day that 5 Guys Fries have the most calories per serving of any fast food chain.

It's good, but I don't know every time I eat there I want to take a shower afterwards, very greasy and slimy burger, great fries though...

I have tried them, they are usually decent on the toppings, not so great on the beef. But I live in TX and we take our burgers pretty seriously. The best places are locally owned and not chains.

yes I agree fudruckers is still way better. 5 guys fries are better, but I live close to the best boardwalk fries in the world so that makes no difference.

The reason it's squashed is because of all the fries they piled on top. Seriously, NEVER order anything but the regular fries because you are going to get a bag full anyways. If you're with somebody and you both want fries, only get one order and share the bag

I don't eat much meat but once and awhile I'll hit Five Guys for a burger and I think they're really good

I feel left out now since I've never had in and out. 5 Guys is pretty good tho, they win a bunch awards every year in the DC area anyway. You are right about sharing one order of frys with two people tho.. usually plenty. Always got to wash it down with their birch beer too. Didn't hear anyone raving about them providing vinegar, not that I'm a fan but you don't see many other chains with that.

Never tried five guys, but fuddruckers was my all time favorite until they changed their cooked temperature of meat policy. I like all my meats cooked blu rare so I am now limited to a few places that will cook to order. Brennan?s and Houston?s still cook to order , gotta love a good tasty burger ;)

Five guys is one of the best burgers you can get, for a chain. We have two pretty close to us and head there every now and then.

And to all the other comments mentioning fast food joints. Five Guys is not fast food. I don't know a good way to describe it but it's like semi-fast food, there's a ton of those types popping up. Like Noodles & Company, Qdoba, Chipotle, Brother's BBQ, Illegal Pete's, Fat Burger, Smash Burger, etc etc etc. Where you go in and have to order and sit down and wait for your food.
