They closed their doors and said that their test period now was over. But they always had a hard time finding advertisers, so the common perception is that they closed due to not being able to find any advertisiers and thus not having any money to offer for surveys. Their last 2 months or so that was an ongoing discussion, about them hunting for more advertisers and almost none came along.
