    Man I'm sick as hell, Contac Cold and Flu sucks ass. Thought it would help but hasn't.

                                      Speed up recovery with Vitamin C, Zinc, and Echinacea/Goldenseal by "Nature Made"

                                      Before this method my cold would last 7-14 days with bad symptoms. Now last 3-7 days with better symptoms.
