    People keep posting that Visa...Mastercard...and Pay Pal

    ...are down and yet every time I check they are up and running and running fast. So are people just posting bullshit...and just wishing that they are down?

                          As I stated every time that I have checked the are up and running fine...and just checked again within the last minute and they are up and running...so it appears they may be down for some and not for others.

                                          Those sites are spread over tons of servers, so it might be that some are up and some or down, but in the end it looks like what they are trying to do is working.
                                          It's not going to accomplish anything though, except for some kids ending up in jail.
