I think EscortBiz' reaction may have been a bit hard a little fast on the ICQ, but I can understand where he is coming from:
1) He pays someone for work, he expects it done.
2) He gives his word on paying, you give your word on delivering.
3) He tries to contact you, you make yourself easily available until your project is done - or advise beforehand if it won't be that way. (in case there were changes he wanted to make before you finish the work)
4) People give little importance to keeping their word, customer satisfaction and support in this business.
I say he was hard a little too fast because she didn't seem to understand what he was getting at until he got pissed.
Anyhow, that's why I prefer to call the people without advising before I send anyone money for anything - just to see how available people are when they aren't expecting business.
