Recommendations Sought For Reliable Offshore Hosting!

My requirements are simple; "offshore" means OUT of the USA, its possession and territories.

(1) Reliability. I don't want to pay and then find them gone two weeks later.

(2) Preferably anonymous.

(3) Windows or Linux based, with cpanel or cpanel pro.

(3) Ability to integrate with USA or offshore based merchant account.

(4) Host which is unresponsive to complaints from whining surfers.

(5) Ability to handle lots of traffic and be reasonably resistant to DDoS attacks.

I don't need this for anything illegal; no spam, no warez but it would host "mature content" and it will be found offensive by any number of people which is quite different than adult.

Webaiar has hosting in The Netherlands which would be ideal for my plan. I will be speaking with them soon and will let you know how this works out but I think this is going to be the beginning of a beautiful friendship, Louie!

$425/12 = $35/month, which is cheaper than what some hosts will charge for cpanel licensing.

The guys that host The Pirate Bay have a nuclear bunker as their HQ hehe

Leaseweb were notorious for allowing torrent sites. Most have moved to host backed by nforce.nl but PTNA/Emp appear to have moved to startstream.com a host owned by the owner of PTNA/Emp an Israeli citizen.

I asked a while back about offshore hosting for my latest bit of internet novelty and Mike at Webair hit me up on the matter and was happy and able to provide me with a very affordable solution which met my requirements and we are now good to go, ready to proceed with all the grunt work that goes along with building a successful website.

I hope that I end up paying Webair a lot more than I am paying now when with help from Webair and future affiliates, my new site BREAKS THE FUCKING BANK!

I can tell you who not to go with... Zentek International or Shinjiru.
Zentek seems to be run out of some dudes basement, and Shinjiru has the worst speeds I've ever encountered in a host...
