    NEWS: US Helicopter Attack Kills Iraqi Children in Primary School

    i bet you can't find this on CNN...



    A US military attack launched in the village of al-Nedawatin yesterday left numerous Iraqi children dead inside a primary school, according to Iraqi security sources.

    US military sources admit to helicopter activity in the area but were unable to comment on any other details concerning the activities.

    Initial figures which have yet to be independently confirmed point to 6 dead children and a further six injured. Lt-Col Chris Garver announced an investigation in the attack saying that the US tries at all costs to avoid civilian casualties.

                  the officer does not state in your quote where from the "ground" the shot originated from.

                                                                          Your making it sound like a US Helicopter intentionally opened up fire on a school full of children. It seems to me that someone fired on a US helicopter and the helicopter fired back - most likely without knowing it was a school and most likely without knowing there was children there.

                                                                          This bullshit. There are certain rules wars are fought by. One of them is not hiding behind children, or firing from a building where there are children.

                                                                          If you hide with the general population like the fucking coward you are, well, all bets are off.

                                                                          Then again, they don't seem to mind killing innocent people by bombing their markets anyhow.
