    I Want A New Server - My Dedicated Server On The Planet Has Crapped Out

    My server has crapped out and now it seems I can access it only via SSH.
    I am fed up with ThePlanet.
    Any suggestions on who to use?
    My primary website is a directory that get 17,000 Visitors a month and an average 7 page views per client.

      WHy do you need a dedicated box for 17k monthly? The $6.95/month plan at host gator can handle that.

          I am not sure that I need a dedicated server.
          The content is "adult".
          I also have a bunch of other small sites as well.
          But, what I know I need is something that loads fast.

              what he said, you may not need a dedicated server at all

              but if you do, check out securedservers or nakedhosting for dedicated servers

                                                                      You would be better off at any of the hosts listed here. Sounds like an ill configuration or bad script, any box can handle that.
