    Writing a business plan; The Plain English Handbook

    Over the last 5 years I have been involved in writing some complex business plans. One for a resort/cansino, and just finishing one for a tech venture right now. After re-writing both plans, numerous times I finally stumbled on The Plain English Handbook. It's actually a how to for writing SEC disclosure documents but it translates nicely to writing a business plan. Just thought I'd share.

    out of curiosity did you have a nightclub written into the casino resort plan?

      Yes, but the resort was in a small Costa Rican beach town, and the scale for the nightclub wasn't very large. It wouldn't translate well to a full scale US nightclub.
