Anyone know how to embed xtube videos in a wordpress blog AND show a preview image over the player?
I've tried the majority of plugins available for embedding tube videos in wordpress blogs, and it's easy to do this with tubes like youtube, but none of them seem to be able to handle the xtube player. Perhaps they had some custom player coded .... I've even tried manually editing the Flv parameters by adding ?image=path-to-image.jpg to the flv source file url but it doesn't work on xtube videos.
Anyone know of a plugin that does this with xtube or know how to edit the <object> code so that a preview image will show in a blog post for xtube video clips?
