A good business man values those that are making him money. Telling them to no longer do business with them because he's not man enough to apologize is poor business practice.
A good business values anyone who can potentially make money for him, be it one sale or a thousand sales. And you're telling dozens of people here not to do business with you. Sure, you may have only lost a dozen sales, but you may have lost several thousand as well.
Rethink your status around here and in this industry. Very few of us (if any) rely solely on you to get by. You're nothing but a drop in the bucket of the online industry, and you're definetly not the big man you seem to think you are (or at least you're not the big man you told jellohead you were).
