1) EB, i honstly believe you did waaaaaaaaaaaaaay over-react with this. The fact you got your FPA ontime should have been your first clue that shit chick was alright to work with, and it was because you got her to do some banners for you.
2) Not everyone in the industry hangs out here on GFY, they should but they dont. Having to go through here to get to someone who isnt a regular probably isnt the best way of communication.
3) If you were that pissed over it why didnt you just say fuck it. Give me my money and take your shit back? I dont think the 2 day thing was much of an issue because if it was i think you would have done that, i know i would have.
4) ICQ is the most unstable peice of shit IM there is. You cannot base any sort of work ethic because of someone's ICQ status!
Dont get me wrong, i think you're a man of your word and follow through but every now and then you need to cut people some slack.. what if there was a death in her family, you would have ended up looking pretty stupid for starting this thread.
