    Hey guys, we have the following new job openings! If you'd like to work with the "Best Dating Program of 2007" (as per Xbiz Awards) then read below:

    Media Buyer

    This position is for someone with experience managing paid advertising campaigns for an adult company or adult dating company (preferred). You will be given a monthly budget and a target profit goal to achieve. How you do it is then up to you. Position is remote-based and can be full or part-time, based on commission or salary.

    You must have good experience with PHP and MySQL as well as be able to complete tasks on time and according to the specifications. This position is remote or in-house (Costa Rica) and can be full or part-time (only if remote).

                          About that "Media Buyer" job, isn't that like being an affiliate with a monthly advertising budget? Won't I make more or the same money if I sign up to your program and take my own money every month and buy traffic/sales?

                                                          In a way it is however not all affiliates can spend $xxx,xxx per month buying traffic

                                                          Also if an affiliate program pays you say 70%, it's harder to make some campaigns profitable than when you do it direct for the program where you work with 100%.

                                                                                              We have indeed hired a project manager and two programmers who are working out well in the past few months, yes. However we need more as we are constantly growing (media buyer is a new position though)

                                                                                                      How about this; You hire me as a senior programmer (Yes, I have what it takes) and then I work from home 2-3 weeks of the month and then I fly over and stay in CR for the remaining 1-2 weeks.. That would be the perfect job for me :-) I get to work from home and we would still have a regular face-to-face meetings to make sure everything is working perfectly.
