Didn't someone who posted here die last year from some chest pains he didn't get checked out?
“If you can convince the lowest white man he’s better than the best colored man, he won’t notice you’re picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he’ll empty his pockets for you.”
I just read about it, and the symptoms fit just fine, the nipple pain is correct.
PCS runs in my best friends family, everyone in his immediate family has it and it comes and goes randomly. But I would still get yourself checked out just to be sure... that's one thing I would never fuck around with is my heart.
I'm a nurse, so I know a little about that.
What you have has nothing to do with your heart. Those are problems with nerves in your chest. They are just a little irritated. Many people have those symptoms. I also had. It will be gone soon, so don't worry.
You are way to young to have heart problems, even when you are fat.
Especially the symptom that you have this problem when breathing shows that it doesn't have to do anything with your heart. If there would be something wrong with it, you would have problems when you are doing sports or other activities and when your pulse is running fast. If it also happens when doing nothing it for sure doesn't have to do with your heart.
So there's nothing to worry about. Of course you can go to the doctor, but he will tell you the same thing.
Keep cool man!

Thanks for the explanation, it also happens when I'm in bed, but as soon as I'm asleep it goes away, I mean, I have never woken up due to the pain or anything.
ups, sorry for posting twice!
don't worry about that man. you can't imagine how many people come to hospital, because they are experiencing the same thing.
those nerv irritations have no cause, so you didn't do anything wrong or so. they just come and they just go. as long as it doesn't become worse when doing sports you can always be sure that it's no heart problem.
hope i've helped you a little!

I don't know, I heard of some young people having heart attacks. This dude needs to go to see a doctor no matter how minor anybody says his problem is on GFY

I double, triple, and quadruple recommend this. But I will not a fifth time, sorry.
of course there are people that suffer a heart attack when they are young, but i didn't see even one in 7 years working in a hospital, and we every day have at least 10 new patients.
how i said, he can go to the doctor of course. he should do that to to make him feel better. it's always something different if someone here is saying it's ok than when a doctor says that.
still everybody who ever had real heart problems knows that those are no heart problems.
so go to the doctor and you will be on the safe side. you can let us know what he said!!!
I will go see a doctor soon. The worst thing about those pains is that it makes you believe something really wrong is going on. You get nervous and the heart beat increases, etc-
another thing that might help you to feel a little better:
google for the term : "angina pectoris"
this is the term for the pain you feel (not always), when you have a heart problem. inform yourself what causes this pain, and you will see that you will do fine. you will find answeres there. you will se, that this heart pain is caused by the heart not getting enough blood to feed. and that is because the inside of the arteria is becoming thinner, which is a very slow process, and it always begins with having pain when you are doing sports or so. it doesn't begin with having pain when you don't do anything.
that is just to make you feel a little better until you are at the doctor.
to also clear that up: of course everybody can get heart attacks without those symptoms, which is caused by a thromozyte that gets into the arterias of the heart and closes the arteria. then no blood can get to this part of the heart and then you alsp have a heart attack. i hope it is understandable what i wrote. i don't know the english terms for all that since i'm german.
just google a little and you will see.
but still go to the doctor asap!!
You're 27, and no matter how fat you are, it's near impossible to build up heart troubles like that at your age. You're simply too young.
You're most likely dealing with acid reflux. It can feel like a heart attack and often occurs when laying down. I actually went into the ER a few months ago because I was worried about some chest pains I was having and it turned out to be this. The doctor on duty even said when I arrived that it's highly unlikely to be in anything with my heart.
My suggestion is to see a doctor still to have it looked at. It's better to be safe than sorry. I personally don't think there is anything to worry about though. You'll get some Prevacid and maybe a GI cocktail to soothe any pain.

I knew a guy that went to the doctor, had symptoms of a heart attack. He had a EKG done and some antibody test done. He was given a clean bill of health and discharged, the doctor told him it was probably acid reflux disease. The next day he was dead Turns out it was a heart attack =|

They ran an EKG, blood tests, and even took X-Rays of my chest. If you've had a heart attack, dead heart tissue will show up in the blood.
I had major heart disease when I was 26, all sorts of fucked up symptoms. Had open heart surgery which fixed it all up...
You've probably been born with a heart disease. To get a heart disease in that age is almost impossible. We had many young patients, but they all were born with those, and not a single one received it afterwards.
Again, don't worry to much, but go to the doctor. And if you really think it's something serious, then go to the hospital right now. Then at least you know!!
Most likely it is PCS... I used to suffer from it a lot back when I was 10 to about 20... It helped to turn onto my stomach and breath in sloooooowly. At a certain point when I passed the spot it would normally hurt I was ok... Strange shit.
My GF just had it the other night. I have heart problems do to high blood pressure (the reason I asked about your h/w). She asked me if she was having heart problems and like the nurse above I said no... it is PCS...
She went to a doctor and he said the same shit... If it is effected by breathing, it isn't heart related.
Now for the heart related info... Do you ever feel your pulse while sitting. Like your body is beating. Particularly after a large meal. If so, it is not normal to feel your pulse when you are resting. That is high blood pressure and it means it is VERY HIGH... That will eventually jack up your heart.
A friend of mine died at age 32 from having untreated high blood pressure for years. He weighed 410lbs but was 6'6" so he didn't look fat like someone on TV that is 5'8"... He complained about how much harder it was to lift things and how light headed he got and how his heart felt like it would beat out of his chest... But he wouldn't go to the doctor because he didn't want to know that he had heart problems... So... one day he just didn't wake up... Crazy shit.
So... this is PCS and you still need to go to the doctor...
I will assume your insurance might suck ass... #1, get Kaiser and stop sucking ass... #2, go to a clinic. They will charge you like $100 and give you some BP medicine... Then start losing weight like your life depends on it... Because it does... Eat less salt. Drink more water. Make it a point to walk to the store (a few blocks away store) for the supplies needed to make your dinner.

My husband wasn't showing on any of the machines that he was having a heart attack. He just felt pain that they weren't picking up..then 10 minutes after they checked he was dead. Go.
You need to go to the emergency room, after that schedule to be seen at some sort of heart institute.
My wife just went through this. The emergency room absolutly sucked. they said she was Ok, it was probably stress. I then made an appointment with the Arizona Heart institute. I am glad we did, because the Hospital ER fucked up and my wife got the treatment from true heart specialists...She had a blockage and we count our blessings that we made that appointment. Fucking PV Er hospital. if anyone is in phoenix....do not go to this rag bag hospital.
This is nothing to mess around with
