Ok my very first cycle I took BS, like Sust and Deca, I needed to get off of the stuff for a while.
This time I had a doc look over the stuff and after a blood test etc. told me what to do, now this may or may not apply to you.
I am drinking 4 Myoplex meal replacments a day (mixed with water not milk. (each 42gm)
I am taking Testosterone Cyp (by upjohn) 400mg weekly (first 4 weeks 200mg)
Nandrolone Deconate 200mg weekly (start with 100mg first 4 weeks)
I also take Clomid just started after seeing a friend use it with success keeps the mam boobs (gyno) away and controls acne etc.
I also rotate the shots (sholders, bis etc.)
And with that heavy CONTROLD lifting
