Well she was working with one of my employees for the design work. Since he could not reach her I tried using ICQ.

When she responds tonight she acted like "she doesnt know what happened"

and yes, she made a comment about having given you a good price, but that was after you had already started giving her shit. put yourself in her shoes: during your spare time, you work to design something for someone at a really good price and he flys off the handle at you because you were unavailable on icq. then, you proceed to throw your weight around, act like a bigshot, make several threats and accusations and ignore her apology. if i were her, i'd be pretty fucking pissed at your attitude and i'd refuse to sell you the designs.

also, i wonder if you were drunk, because you apparently felt the need to state that you weren't drunk not once but twice, but she never even mentioned you being drunk.

in the future, get the phone number of the person who's working for you. not everyone is availble on icq/gfy 24/7

i should mention that the last two days i have been busy with "stuff" and wasn't home except to sleep. I was asked to design 5 banners after i finnished those 3 FPA's. i sent the first 3 on the 20th (which i believe was the same day i was asked to make them) during the following 2 days i recieved 2 icq messages, one saying "u there" and the other saying "just checking on the status of the banners". i wasn't home when either of them were sent as i keep my icq on all the time. I realize now that it was inconsiderate of me to have not replied to those brief messages but i didnt think it would turn out like this. i also didnt see the thread on here from escortbiz looking for me as i am not a 'regular' obviously. i replied today as i was finnishing the last 2 banners and had them emailed off right away. i explained to Scott who works for escortbiz and whom i had been dealing with from the beginning that i was sorry and i had been really busy and he said it was fine. i was never given any sort of deadline for these banners. after i mailed the last 2 banners i got the icq message above.

no she posted that twice.

I use many designers, WebInc, FlashFreak, and so many others on this forumNEVER do I argue over price never do I fuck with payment, if I like the work I use them.

But its no a missed deadline here that bothered me, it was the ignoring and trying to justify it by a deal she gave on FPA's.

Good and cheap always works I would rather wait 3 months for a choice design than have something rushed and complain on GFY for what 200 bucks?

I used webinc to do banners too for the same site and I used a few others too for the same project I like having different designers do stuff
