no offense dude, but you're blowing this way out of proportion.
she advised you that she wasn't able to answer your ICQ messages, not that she was ignoring them.
besides, she did the work for you. if she'd blown off the work, i'd understand you being upset.
and yes, she made a comment about having given you a good price, but that was after you had already started giving her shit. put yourself in her shoes: during your spare time, you work to design something for someone at a really good price and he flys off the handle at you because you were unavailable on icq. then, you proceed to throw your weight around, act like a bigshot, make several threats and accusations and ignore her apology. if i were her, i'd be pretty fucking pissed at your attitude and i'd refuse to sell you the designs.
also, i wonder if you were drunk, because you apparently felt the need to state that you weren't drunk not once but twice, but she never even mentioned you being drunk.
in the future, get the phone number of the person who's working for you. not everyone is availble on icq/gfy 24/7
