I thought it was only a matter of time after I saw this drink. Especially with the name and their marketing tactics.

What about COKE? That is where they got that name in the first place back in the day when they used to put real cocaine in the drink. There is NO cocaine in the drink Cocaine, never was. And how about Chocolate, that has ingredients from the coacoa plant? I don't get it.

I'd bet that some Coca Cola lobbyists activated some of their political connections because it's too similar to their brand (name/color)...easier than a lawsuit which could be lost.
