I tried to submit to one a few weeks back that required 3 recips.

So with 3 recips and 2 links to the tour/join page, I was declined because I had more then 1 outgoing link.

Dude I can't agree with you more. I still like to submit a gallery every now and then and the declines and reasons for blow me away sometimes.
