                                                      The ICQ Retrievel system has been changed last year, the most important thing to secure your uin is to have set the secret questions. The uins I sell do not have the secret questions set, the new owner does this with help of icq.com/password and after the secret questions are being set the uins password can only be retrieved by knowing the answers of these secret questions. You can check below examples, uin number 100378 has the secret questions set and uin number 1100000 is for sale and secret questions are not yet set.

                                                                  Believe me there are much more expensive uins, I sold many 5 digits in the range 1000-2000 usd to a hosting company owner 2 years ago who distributed those to his customers or is using them hisself.

I opened my own website from where i will be selling in the future and therefore closed my store on ebay but my listings will still be visible on ebay because this is the best selling ground.
