Also Boss club, (the taxi drivers outside Nana know to find it's near Phan Tip Plaza). Nana has a bar on the third floor doing muay thai with bar girls, feeding them tequila shots in-between rounds. Not sure of the name but its a unique experience (when entering nana, go left & all the way upstairs is how I remembered it). Dont forget to go to Sukhumvit soi 7 1/2 to a place called ''Eden Club'' ask the mamasan to line the girls up and pick a girl from the left side of the yellow line ;-) Which likely be one of the best 90 minutes you'll spend in BKK.

Best gogo bar in Nana Plaza is Playschool. Great girls, great music and well managed.
The FOUR ladyboy bars are:
Obsession : ground floor at back
Casanova : 1st floor in left corner.
Temptations : 1st floor middle of right side
Cascades : Top floor at back, right corner.

You may find a few in the other bars also - but not in Playschool.

Nana Plaza has gone to shit. Try going down to Soi Cowboy (35 baht taxi ride) and try Suzi Wong's, Cleopatra's down there for a better show and cuter girls. Guaranteed no ladyboys dancing in those bars.
