No, I think USD already reacted to the freshly printed Washingtons. Besides, upon hearing the news market barely reacted. $600 bil is just enough to keep things running. So my guess that right now we are going to see EURUSD somewhere in between 1.30-1.33, followed by a slight slideback.

Also, don't forget that N.Korean comrads opened fire today. This means escalations in the Far East. And S.Korea's big war partner is who? Right, USA.
