I'll be working from home 100% at the end of themonth. I have been doing it 1 day a week already and breaks are important. I take the dog for a 30 min walk just for a break.

Went bicycling this am, and then I have my office up stairs and the kitchen down, so I take breaks for drinks and food. and lunch is 30 minutes min. and I usually catch part of a DVD or something.

right there with you... i have a pepper garden in the backyard along with my wife's garden.. so that and a J is break time

You really need to look at your life and see what you are doing. Your business is very important as so is mine. But if you don't get out more, get some exercise and experience more day to day activites then you are not going to live long enough to enjoy the money your business makes.

Life is too short to sit in front of a computer all the time. Go hire some peeps to get some of your work done. Get outside and breath the fresh air. Take a walk or ride a bike. Sit in your backyard and listen to the birds cherp. Plant a garden and grow your own veggies.

You'd be surprised how your panic attacks go away once you start doing things that are healthy for your mind, body and soul.

Good advice, man. But I think the lure of the Internet and the cash it offers is just too strong.

my neighbors must think i'm crazy. they never see me! i would rather stay locked up in MY house then to have some asshole tell me what to do for a few bucks an hour.

just put some more topsoil on the grass..garden is happening
nice hobby to mess with outside.
