amen to that..I understand and TBH, I can see GFY's viewpoint on this pretty clearly....BUT.....IMHO, Dean should not have been banned for what he posted. He's not a GFY hater, he's somebody who contributes to GFY in a positive way and he likes GFY enough to try to rattle some cages to get things fixed.
ANYBODY who claims that GFY is never slow for them is either an occasional poster or a fucking liar. GFY locks up consistently day in and day out. It should be fixed and Dean, as a well liked poster and fan of GFY, has been lobbying on these issues for awhile. Has anybody taken the time to reply to him about the issue is the past? If not, I can understand his viewpoint too.
This decision is not going to hurt Dean. It will probably piss him off but it won't hurt him....However....One less decent poster on a board filled with...well...Not so decent ones.....I just don't see how this ban does anything for the good of GFY.

I want to make it clear that I support Dean and hope he can come back to this board but also want to make it clear that I am a typical spineless LA friend who doesn't want to say anything which would jeopardize any future work that I would be considered for at Playboy.

Nothing wrong with criticism .... every person has the righ to express themselves.
BUT .... is there a need for f_bombing Playboy because GFY is slow .... no need in my book.
I'm willing to bet that if Dean just vented his frustrations without attacking Playboy and Lensman in particular, then he'd still be around. He kinda went a little overboard with all the Playboy is Fucking us and Slaps in the faces. I think Dean should be allowed back to GFY. He is a good person to have here. Maybe a private apoligy to Playboy and Lens and both parties can be buddies again.
And just for the record, I'm not that pleased with the slowness of the site either. It sucks sometimes but what are you going to do, shit happens. This ain't the end of the world ya know.

Pretty sad I must say, I found Dean here, and this is the only place we would share his work at. I never took his work and posted them on other boards, I would keep them here to share with everyone I have known in the last decade.
Something to rethink, he is a all around good guy and doesn't mean any harm.
Maybe a simple email to him with a warning would have been better. He is a veteran in this industry just like a lot of us.
