ok guys, I have limited new submissions by raising the minimum PR needed to sign up 1 above my current rank. In other words if one of my sites is a PR0 then I require a PR1, if one of my sites is a PR1 then I now require a PR2-

This is just done to kind of weed out the lesser quality sites but i am not a PR junkie like most people so by all means I am certainly willing to exchange links with a site that has no PR at all provided I like your site and it has good quality backlinks and is SEO optimized so if you fall into this category but dont have any PR then contact me on ICQ or email and I will manually enter you into the database myself.
