    What's your addiction?

    I enjoy living a straight edge lifestyle, but I'm totally addicted to energy drinks...I think caffeine just might be a tougher habit to kick than any of the rest.

    Having an addicitive personailty can be rough...I think I also have a major Tim Tam addicition that just won't go away...

    So, what is your addiction? What is it that you can barely stand to go a day without?

      No really I don't have any Addictions. I don't Smoke or do any drugs I only drink Alcohol at parties etc.

      Unless you want to call the internet a Addiction, But i dont 'NEDD' to use it, I just enjoy using it.

              Caffeine is in fact very difficult to kick. It is also the most popular DRUG in the world. This is why people suffer withdrawal, if youve ever tried to kick caffeine cold turkey it can be one of the worst headaches of your life.

              Ive cut out almost everything in my life except caffeine as well . I dont eat meat, i try to stay away from all refined sugar, havent been drinking at all.

                                              1 - Coffee. No Coffee, no me. Want me to do something? Invite me over for coffee.

                                              2 - Asian girls. Want me over? Offer to introduce me to a hot new asian girl.

                                              3 - driving. I work from home and still put 35,000kms a year on my car, and that doesn't count the trips back and forth to Toronto in rental cars (I do that about 25 times a year, so add another 25,000kms on there)

                                              4 - Spicy food. When in doubt, add spice. From hot mexican to eye watering thai to nasal clearing chinese, I love them all.

                                              5 - reading (this is a good one). I probably read 10 magazines and 2 to 3 books a month, usually at meal times and other times when I am stuck sitting down with nothing else to do.

                                              I could go on. Since I moved to a low carb diet a while back, I managed to get away from energy drinks (I could bang back 10 redbulls a day and fall asleep while drinking the last one).
