Is there not some way to chase off a suspected pedo as opposed to banning everyone? I don't understand why we always have to ban everyone when something goes wrong. Create a way to isolate the real problem and address the real problem. This is something we tend to do nonstop.

If some dude is standing by the fence everyday staring at little kids funny, hey, something is wrong and that is suspicious behavior. Question him? Find out what's going on?
