there is no such thing but most of the sub sites have a free 30 day trial you signup see your report and cancel.

A Credit Report cannot be obtained for free. It is possible to increase your credit limit and improve terms of your loan. It's good to have a good credit history. You can get your Credit Report for FREE once a Year, or anytime you have been denied credit.
I have not seen a place that gives all 3 scores for free.
It is best to pay the fee, get all THREE reports, and all THREE scores, they can be completely different.
Remember applying for credit drops your credit score, so print out all three and scores take that around, explain your reasons, some places will still not take this, but it helps.Comment

Yes you can get one as long as you are in the US, it will not let you do it if you are outside the US, if you are outside of the US you can get it by mail http://www.annualcreditreport.com
