Did I miss something about Fatfoo?

I've only been here for a month now but Fatfoo seems to be a real icon around here ;)

What is it about this guy that is causing so much disturbance?

A person, or bot, that acts very much like the "Bing vs. other search engines" commercial. It would take him 3 sentences to answer a question, all of which would leave you even more confused. Remember to thrown in a ton of Karen O references as well.
