I like the lemonade ones... Sugarfree and don't taste "fluorescent". I cut way down on caffeine though so I have maybe one a week if I need a late afternoon boost.

I can drink about 24oz of beer a day. Not much more though.

guy at work here drinks 3 a day, all the tall boy cans of everything-rockstar, red bull, monster. whatever he can get his hands on. he literally looks like he'll have a heart attack at any moment

I'm done with those drinks. Just take 1 or 2 redline capsules. Better stimulation effect and its a fat burner. Much cheaper too. $25 for 120 pills,

The caffeine is one thing.. I think 96mg per day is the limit. But Rockstar has tons of vitamins in it.. Meaning you will shit yourself if you keep drinking it all day

I like the red or blue flavored AMP...I usually drink two of those a day followed by a NOS energy drink or a Full Throttle. I can't stand Red Bull or Rockstar, they taste nasty to me.

What is it you think is wrong with Taurine?? I take it as a supplement a couple times a day.
