No you're not, I think things have been a bit slow. I don't like to jump in on these kinds of threads because they tend to be self-realizing.
I was expecting a bit of a pickup this time of year, but traffic and sales are a bit down (though traffic was down the exact time last year, too). For CCBill I have a paysite and always get emails on sales and declines. A bit more declines lately, for both scrubs and bank denials, and failed rebills are higher than I'd like.
I have six (almost seven) years of historical data for the paysite, and this is the longest stretch of slowdown I've seen...over a week now. Usually it's just a day or three. As a site owner sales stats are immediate, so that's not the problem on that end.
I have affiliate sales through a few sites like VOD and those are down as well. On Hotmovies I'm only making half as much by mid-month as I did last month, and last month was average. Every day I make sales, but this last week I had two days with no sales. Very unusual.
