    HELP - Clips 4 sale

    Im averaging a sale every 4 days on my clips store http://www.clips4sale.com/41847

    Im getting around 200 hits on my store a day - now of course more hits and Id get more sales

    Anyone have any suggestions on how to promote a clips 4 sale store?

                          Too bad C4S doesn't have an affiliate program. Perhaps then someone would send you a lot more hits instead of having to generate it all in-house.

                          I'll help you anyway though. Start a free teaser site with some content. Perhaps even a tube format. Make it the first three minutes of each clip then do a postroll inviting the surfer to your clips4sale store to get the whole video. Have the link directly go to = that video, if possible. Trade traffic and links with other tubes within the niche. Welcome to Go Fuck Yourself btw.

                              Yeah, no thanks. I prefer my 60% pay outs on my store.

                              If there was an affiliate program, I am sure it would not be C4S who takes the cut of their revenue. I can generate my own traffic, and sales easily enough. After all, you should be either in this industry, or have some working knowledge of how to convert a sale, drive traffic, or link building?

                              I do not know of many professions where you can have no skills, and expect sales.

                                  I wasn't aware that the pay out was that low. 60%? I'm surprised someone hasn't undercut them or that more people don't set up their own stores with a third party processor and some basic software. I understand that they drive some traffic to your store on the directory listing but losing 40% seems a little steep if you are mostly doing your own traffic generation already.

                                          Advice: Change your store title to reflect the type of content is in the store. Your store name blows thats why no one is clicking to see what it actually is.

                                              You could create promo sites offering teaser clips, traffic feeders and funnels to optimize and drive traffic to your store. This will give you more optimized property and places to do exchanges, even create new revenue streams for traffic you aren't converting.

                                                                              Oh, I think you would be surprised at how many sales are generated through the clips.com affiliate program. Coming from someone who knows, instead of just speculates, our affiliate program pays out a total of 65% to providers that send their own traffic and does very well, considering that once a user hits your store, they pay you for life, even if they purchase from another store on clips.com.

IMHO once I get behind your adult statement I should see adult material, instead I see buttons and banners that don't really relate to the content.

                                                                                                  I've always found it odd that they don't have an affiliate program. I definitely have buddies with stuff on there, which I would promote if there were a program.

I modified a video based Wordpress theme so my CMS would look like a VOD site. Zombaio has a 4.9% rate as a biller. Then you just need a token or cart script to hook into the billing. You can lease an inexpensive script like PhantomFlicks and PhantomCart for a monthly rate or purchase or lease one of the other paid CMS's that offer that functionality.
