Things can change overnight in this industry. Companies with huge followings have come and gone and I'md sure we haven't seen the last of it.
The only thing you can reliably bank on is change. So prepare for it and diversify so you have hedged bets all over. Whatever you do, don't put all your eggs with one sponsor, or one processor, or one whatever. Spread and protect.

The BIG difference between iBill and American Airlines is that iBill is owned by InterCept that keeps making good profits (including this last year).
You really cannot compare the two buddy
My 2 Cents: I think that Visa and MasterCard are going to reduce the number of IPSP's in the market place and only deal with the stronger companies that attempt to work within their guidleines (or some more major lawsuits).
