I can see reading and thinking was too much for some people. This thread is saying my content is no longer good enough in 2010. Sponsors need to think a lot harder and spend more on creating content that's a lot better.

Hire a warehouse full of Filipinos to upload VERY illegal content to the tubes over and over. That will land them in hot water soon enough. And by VERY illegal, I mean the worst. Every day. All day.

You could also have that same group sending bogus DMCAs out day and night removing every video they can find. This would cripple almost all of the illegal tubes. Only those with traceable submissions and licensed content (that they keep track of) would remain.

It is unethical of course to do such a thing, but if someone had the money and were so inclined, they could fight one unethical business model with another.

Just talking out of my ass of course. You can't beat them. But you could cause them a lot of pain if you really wanted to.

No, what you see is people reading, thinking and mocking you for posting the same old shit. You see people preferring to listen to someone that knows what they are talking about, as opposed to you. Who does nothing except say "make better content".

Cool. Will you please remove your content from your sig as you a) claim to have retired and b) finally admit your content is no good and not what people want?

With all due respect, Paul has been in this business longer than you and I combined. It doesn't matter what WE think of his content, as he has been able to make a living with it, and still make a living with it.

I see lots of content that I think people don't want, but I'm wrong about it because someone is just getting on the internet right now and seeing it all for the first time.

In some areas Tubes own the ground. Trying to compete with them in these areas for most is useless and eventually will fail.

Competing with the major Tubes for traffic isn't going to work. They have so much traffic they own this ground.

Competing with Tubes in adding content in volume won't work. Major Tubes add more a day than most sites add in a month.

Today the only way to compete with them is customer satisfaction and appeal.

When a surfer lands on your site he has to be impressed with what he sees. The preview content on the tour needs to be real top notch. Girls who know how to perform, shot by guys or girls who know how to capture the mood and essence of the niche and scene. Don't repeat the same scene over and over again by just changing the girl. Once a guy has seen one girl perform in one way he doesn't want to see another 50 girls doing the same thing. One of the big attractions on Tubes is variation within a niche.

Shoot a pick up in the street, a bar, a mall, a car, in fact as many ideas as you can think of. Shoot her in a forest, under a tree, over a tree, a wheat field, a house, a swimming pool, a boat, a lake, again as many places as you can think of and find. And if she's no good. SEND HER HOME. Or your members will not bother to watch it. It's a waste of time and money.

Don't fill sites shot by people who can meet your price and little else. Control what they produce and if it's not good enough, drop them or the members will drop your site. Don't rely on the same shooter or a couple all the time. It gets repetitive after a while and boring. Not good for conversions or retention.

Some members will want live content, some will want to see the girl chat, some won't. So still give it to those who like it. Some will want to chat on a forum, some won't. Still give it to the members.

Some will want to chat on Twitter and some won't. Give it to them.

Some will want to stay members for a year and some for a day. Give it to them or lose the guys who want to be members for a day. They for sure aren't signing up for 30 days recurring in droves anymore. If your content of the site is good enough, they will come back.

Start thinking. How can I convert more, retain longer and add appeal to my sites. Not how can I get more traffic to fill the holes.

Now it's your turn to come up with ideas to make the content of a site, not just the pictures and videos, worth signing up to. Share them or do them yourself.

As if you had a clue on how to make a successfull paysite...

                            The problem is

Why should I pay for premium content only to have the tubes steal it from me. It's not like they ruin the quality of it by posting it, I help their tube sites get better.

It is possible to beat or compete against tubes, however it would take much money investment, time, effort and smarts. With enough money, it is possible to build your own tube or buy out other tubes. Perhaps the ones that don't have enough resources to compete for something should stop trying. In other words, it takes money to make money. Revenue is generated after some initial investment is spent wisely.
