Hi there my friend, i think the best way to start it might be to get some affiliate accounts and after that create a place to promote them .Making your own site you have no idea what means on this market.It's very hard to have a bright future by your own in webcams.I would suggest you to make them accounts on
AWEmpire and PussyCash
This way could be much easy

So I should sign up for these sites first then build my own website w/ girls? (please correct me if I'm wrong if there are any missing gaps in bt/n)

Yes my friend, you can start with these two Pussy cash and AWEmpire they both offers your tones of tools to work.I work with them for arround one year and it's quite good.Both will offer you money if you sign up.Pussy cash as far as I remember gives you $50 for free when u start working with them and AWEmpire gives $100 at start.Then you can make a site related to cams/girls and add your girls, if you'll need any help let me know, i've been thru your situation
