    Verification delay - SKNANB!

    Is there anyone else here:
    1. balance is 2k-7.5k
    2. didn't get any response from verification department for more than 10 business days since the day you received an e-mail like "we received your documents bla-bla-bla..."

    or I'm alone in this fucked up situation...

          I'm waiting more than 25 days already (after sending the docs).

          Calling the Bank doesn't solve anything - they refuse to give out any details, saying only that they are working on it.

                          been waiting 2-3 weeks myself, i sent docs in a day after they unlocked cards... only got 1200 on mine though think mine was more a situation of me forgetting my pin so i tried to contact them about it and they requested the docs ;/

                                          Sent docs 13 Oct.. yesterday got the payment form ..
