Seems to me this is a failure of someone to secure her agreement prior to the entire operation that she may be asked to testify. Pretty basic shit IMHO.

Actually it was discovered that the prosecuting attorney did not really want to go through all the bullshit. She doesn't have to be there. They have plenty of evidence on tape and through chat logs.
