sorry dallas, but this is the reason i finally ended up walking away from ccbill altogether for processing my sites. they seem to think they are obligated to police and censor content down to minute, piddling detail... well above and beyond Visa/MC mandate.
Rons comment about BDSM being akin to rape was the final straw for me though..
...promise her a defamation, tell her where the rain will fall..
One of them told me that they are soon not going process for any site that has creampies because it is "unsafe sex practice and risky."
I love ccbill, but damn.
Hey, if they won't be processing sites that feature creampies because they consider that "unsafe sex practice and risky," does that mean they won't be processing sites that don't use condoms? That's 95 percent of porn sites.
They canned our paysite a few years back because they claimed that it dealt with prostitution and that was illegal. We pointed out that it wasn't illegal where we live and it wasn't illegal in just about every country in the western world except the US - but it didn't change their way of thinking.
We thought that it was rather funny really - at that time they were still billing for some very nasty stuff ... but they couldn't bill for a site that discussed prostitution in an adult way.
Ron had better be careful just how much he does cut out - he might not be able to afford his private jet if he keeps turning sites away.
It's CCBILL job to stay in business. I need them to stay on VISA's good side and not get kicked out. Not likely so long as they stay on the ball.
Keep doing what you're doing CCBILL.
And yes I have a plan for the "Teens" word.
Teens, non-condom sex, creampies, girls with no bra, group sex, snoodleing, sex in the doggie position, and post-op transsexual porn is on the way out with them. Visa is cleaning house with those things I'm hearing.

'sex in the doggie position', wtfomgbbq..

Well if it gets too bad we will all have to move on, part of being a pornographer. The cleaner the shop the less who can work in it and the more money for those left.
Imagine if they did come down on it heavy, the same level as Mobile Phone carriers impose. You still have to get dicks hard enough to spend $30 but you can't show as much as you can today. I would imagine sites like mine with some editing, Twistys and a few more will be left and many others will go. Shooters will have to suggest the fantasy rather than slapping it on a plate.
Sorry if I can't get to worked up about it, I sold porn thru the 70s and 80s in the UK. Take my word for it, you guys do not have a clue how easy it is. Plus I sold to magazines when it was not permitted to show as much as you can today. The job will be tougher and more profitable for those who can compete.
He's already removed it, but look at this other one they flagged.
The funny thing is, they already approved it once. All he was doing was creating sub accounts of the same tour so we can add them in NATS and still maintain the ccbill tours (for people that don't want to switch codes).
They approved it the first time and process for it, then he created a sub account, used the same tour, and they flagged it.
My fingers are crossed for you man. LOL.

Mark called me, he is taking care of things for me and it looks like I will be able to keep the snoodleing, but I will have to lose the image of the girl holding the cash that she just withdrew from the ATM.
The new tour does not even have this image any more anyway so it's not a bg deal so long as I get to keep the snoodleing content.

Maybe thats why they stay in business while most others come and go.

That sucks, but I can understand why a company based in the US wouldn't want to
take any risk of running afoul of US prostitution laws. A few sites denied is a small
price to pay to compete tens of thousands of sites using CCBill operating, from their
perspective.

Of course its ccbill's job to stay in business and abide by Visa and MC's draconian censorship regs.
However, ccbill is often going far beyond the credit card company's mandate and simply using subjective arbitrary policy in their decision process.
When a pic of a chick holding cash becomes cause to deny processing to an entire site, that's just ludicrous beyond belief. Inmates running the asylum. And they know they can hand down these ridiculous decisions because we as webmasters have very little option available to us these days.
I'm thankful Verotel hasn't been as anal with us (so far).
