The shooting was completely justified However. and this will not happen the cop should have his ass ripped apart for getting that close to a possible Kidnapper. Does not common sense tell him to take 3 or 4 steps back from the guy before the trunk is opened?? he was in a SHITTY ass tactical position and could have lost his life for it.
