PR 4 link exchange for phone sex site

I own a directory that has few outgoing links and I have purchased high quality hard links. I will put your PR4 link on the index page of my directory if you will put my PR0 mulit-girl link on your index. This is a crosslink request and the 2 sites are on completely different servers so It will appear to be a one way.
